Learning organisation
Lorenz Consult is organised as learning organisation based on visions. We establish teams according to their expertise, which are in constant develpoement of the company. Each team is represented by its team leader in the quality team. Within this quality team developement of the whole company is organised and activities of single teams are structured based on company vision.
Designed to the individual scopes we form flexible project teams out of the expert teams. Teamwork within these teams and also with external partners and customers is based on the project vision and carried out in an ongoing dialog and reflection process.
Our technical infrastructure (IT, tele-communication) is state of the art and guarantees data exchange without any problems.
History
Lorenz Consult was founded in 1972 by Dipl.-Ing. Werner Lorenz. His special ability to solve ambitious structural design tasks leaded to high costumer satisfaction and successful customer relationship, which last until today. In the beginning of the 1980s, based on the vision to offer overall planning services, Lorenz Consult started to enlarge its branches to project management and construction supervision. Ten years later the branch architecture was established. In 2000 Dipl.-Ing. Christian Lorenz entered his father´s company. Based on his experiences in planning HVAC/R and logistic systems Lorenz Consult established these branches, too. Nowadays the vision of 1980 has become true and we are able to perform complex construction projects with our own permanent staff.
