The application process
Please note the following steps in the application process:
Step 1 – Application
In any case, your application should include the following documents:
Letter of application
Show us what predestines you for a job with us in our team, what is behind the motivation to apply for a job at Lorenz Consult. Please also state when you would like to start and what your salary expectations would be and add a professional photo (no selfie) to your application.
Include with your letter of application a well-structured curriculum vitae with the most important key data in chronological order.
In order to get an idea of what you have already achieved, you should enclose certificates, attestations, etc. with your application.
In addition a professional portfolio (if available) is very helpful for us, which contains your previous projects, activities and other references.
Step 2 – Job Interview
If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to a personal interview so that we can get to know you and you can get to know us better.
If your application documents were complete, you do not need to bring any further documents, but you should inform yourself about Lorenz Consult in advance in order to have a basic overview. We would like to know why you can strengthen our team, but also what you expect from us. You are welcome to ask yourself which questions we will go through during the interview. A good preparation for the interview will certainly be helpful.
