Your Area of Responsibility
Implementation of efficient recruiting measures incl. responsibility for the entire application management
Implementation of a professional personnel development
Support of employees and managers in all personnel-relevant processes and topics from hiring to the preparation of references
Support and management of HR projects
You are well-versed in labor law, assist with relevant issues, prepare employment contracts and are responsible for master data maintenance
You act as an interface to payroll accounting and are the contact person for offices, authorities and insurance carriers
You are a discreet and trustworthy contact person for a wide range of human resources issues and see yourself as a service provider in your own company for management, executives and employees.
Completed relevant training (ideally focus on personnel, law, psychology, etc.)
Strong communication and consulting skills in German and English
Independent, forward-looking and efficient working style
High degree of initiative
Good PC skills

We offer for this position an attractive compensation commensurate with your experience and qualification and pay a gross annual salary of EUR 20.000,00 (part time 20 hrs.). The KV minimum salary (part time 20 hrs.) for this position in employment group IV/3 is EUR 18,018.00/year.
