BUWOG THE VIEW has been built on the banks of the Dahme River in Berlin-Grünau as part of the sustainable Quartier 52° Nord.

The three buildings are an architectural masterpiece. The facades of houses I and III, with a total of 35 apartments, are made of wood and reddish Corten steel and are reminiscent of ship hulls. With the diamond-shaped basic structure, the Architekturbüro PA GmbH Pätzold Architekten in Berlin has succeeded in providing the buildings with optimized light incidence.

The centrally located House II, consisting of 28 apartments, shines through a facade with folding glass walls facing east and west and offers large balconies and terraces to the west side, connected by visually floating walkways. The design for House II comes from the architectural firm LOVE architecture and urbanism in Graz.

We as Lorenz Consult have taken over the services of structural design for all three buildings.
