In 2008, Fresenius Kabi rented a warehouse building at the Cargo Center Graz site.
Since then, the property has been extended and rebuilt several times in various stages and totals approx. 14,900m2 of building land on a plot of 2.3 hectares.
In the current expansion phase, which was developed by UBM Development Austria in 2017, a 36-meter-high, fully automated high-bay warehouse with around 9,800 pallet spaces is being built. This will increase the size of the property to approx. 19,000m2 of building land.
All conversions and adaptations will be carried out during ongoing operation and therefore represent a particular challenge.
The completion of the property is planned for the beginning of June 2019.
