Hospital Wolfsberg is being rebuilt
In week 18, the third of four expansion phases was started. During the running operation the outpatient center including the emergency ambulance will be renewed. In the first stage, alterations are being made to the premises, construction containers are being erected and temporary facilities are being set up inside the building.
Construction stage 3 will offer hospital staff and patients more comfort in the future. However, due to rising raw material prices, a budgetary challenge is looming and special attention is being paid to cost management.

New furnace for RHI Magnesita
A milestone was set last week at RHI Magnesita with the firing and commissioning of the 140m long new tunnel kiln. The kiln is not to be shut down for maintenance for another 30 years. It produces refractory materials for the industry.
This investment goes hand in hand with the modernization and digitalization of the company and has even created the new apprenticeship occupation of process technician. The Radenthein location was thus able to secure the employment of all 350 employees.
