Customer satisfaction is a central concern of Lorenz Consult and for this reason we conduct an annual survey of our customers and clients.
The result of this year’s customer survey is now available and we would like to present it briefly:
As in the previous year, it is clear that communication and the quality of the planning services, but also deadline and cost management as well as the qualification of the personnel deployed are at the top of the list in the context of project management.
It is pleasing for us that the results of the survey show an increasing improvement of Lorenz Consult in these essential criteria. But we were also able to further improve in the areas of innovation and sustainability.
In comparison to our competitors, we are regarded as better in the areas of planning competence – in general, but also in the individual core competences of pharmaceutical, hospital and industrial construction – and are able to measure ourselves very well against our competitors in the essential criteria.
We would like to thank you for your participation in the customer survey and for your feedback, and we will of course continue our efforts in the future to accept and implement your criticism and suggestions in the best possible way in order to continually develop our employees and the company.
