The result of this year’s customer survey is now available and we would like to present it briefly:
It is still apparent that, in addition to the quality of the planning service, communication, personnel qualification and cost management play an important role.
It is gratifying that we were able to achieve a consistently good result in this year’s survey in these essential criteria, which is also confirmed by the evaluation of the assessment in comparison to the competition.
