We are strengthening our team and are looking for a HR Manager (m/f/d) part-time 20 hrs/week at our location in Graz.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of efficient recruiting measures incl. responsibility for the entire application management
- Implementation of professional personnel development
- Support of employees and managers in all personnel-related processes and topics from hiring to the preparation of references
- Support and management of HR projects
- You are well-versed in labor law, assist with relevant issues, prepare employment contracts and are responsible for master data maintenance
- You act as an interface to payroll accounting and are the contact person for offices, authorities and insurance carriers
- You are a discreet and trustworthy contact person for a wide range of personnel matters and see yourself as a service provider in your own company for management, executives and employees
