We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the technical area at our location in Graz.
Your tasks:
- You will look after our key accounts, primarily in Austria and Germany, and will be responsible for acquiring new customers, preparing offers and customer contact at a personal level
- You will also look after our existing customers and develop business relationships
- You will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts and concluding contracts
- Participate in the project start-up phase and accompany projects to maintain customer contact until project completion
- Responsible for regular organization of customer visits and presentations
- Responsible for organizing and participating in industry trade shows and conferences
- Ongoing observation and analysis of customers, the competition and the general market situation as well as preparation of strategic customer plans and participation in the creation of market strategies
- Consistent target tracking and implementation of strategic customer plans for profitable growth
