We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the technical area at our location in Graz.
You will look after our key accounts, primarily in Austria and Germany, and will be responsible for acquiring new customers, preparing offers and customer contact at a personal level
You will also look after our existing customers and develop business relationships
You will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts and concluding contracts
Participate in the project start-up phase and accompany projects to maintain customer contact until project completion
Responsible for regular organization of customer visits and presentations
Responsible for organizing and participating in industry trade shows and conferences
Ongoing observation and analysis of customers, the competition and the general market situation as well as preparation of strategic customer plans and participation in the creation of market strategies
Consistent target tracking and implementation of strategic customer plans for profitable growth
