Continuously burning construction documentation
The state coercive measures associated with COVID-19 have led to disruptions in the construction process and to difficulties at many construction sites.
In order to assert a justified claim in these cases, but also in general, a complete documentation is indispensable.
The documentation must meet the following criteria:
- during construction → ongoing continuation of the documentation
- process- and fault-oriented → create, name and number separate documentation for individual faults
- integrating → reference of all documents to processes in the target schedule
- electronically → targeted digital storage and linking of individual documents
