More effective cross-functional planning and the mapping of the building in 3D led to the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in 2009. The list of successfully implemented large-scale projects is long, and the development continues – up to the use of head-up display glasses.

With the entry into the pharmaceutical industry in 2003, DI Werner Lorenz, his son DI Christian Lorenz and the team became internationally sought-after experts as cleanroom planners. Current projects: The construction of the surgery Graz, the new construction of the laboratory building Takeda in Vienna, ongoing expansion of steel plants worldwide and many more.
