Project Description

The pharmaceutical giant Takeda, headquartered in Tokyo, is building a new research and development site for around 250 employees in the lakeside city of Aspern. From 2025, the technically and ecologically optimized new building will be used for research in the fields of neuroscience, oncology, gastroenterology and rare diseases, among others. As general planner, Lorenz Consult is responsible for all construction planning services from the feasibility study to turnkey handover.
