In 2024, Lorenz Consult again delivered a wide range of demanding projects. “All of our in-house projects are outstanding,” emphasizes Managing Director DI Christian Lorenz. “We are particularly strong in laboratories, industrial buildings, healthcare, and cleanrooms.” Projects in 2024 included the completion of a major logistics hub in Vienna, various assignments in the pharmaceutical, hospital, and university sectors, as well as partial completion of a major training center in Graz.

As a general planner, the company integrates key disciplines such as building construction, structural design, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and site supervision. “This bundled planning expertise results in well-thought-out, cost-effective, high-quality solutions. We focus on complex projects such as hospitals, cleanrooms, and industrial and logistics buildings. Deep expertise, long-standing experience, and continuous development make us a reliable partner in the industry,” Lorenz continues.
Outstanding Company Culture
In 2024, Lorenz Consult was named a “Top Company” on kununu for the third year in a row. In addition to economic achievements, the year was also marked by numerous internal highlights. A multi-day company retreat significantly strengthened team spirit. This was complemented by smaller team events that fostered collegial exchange. A tradition at Lorenz Consult is participation in the business run – in 2024, four teams entered the race. “The summer barbecue at the Graz headquarters, an autumn gathering with ‘Sturm und Maroni’, and the festive Christmas party rounded out the year,” adds Lorenz.
Outlook: Growth and Development
While the number of employees remained stable in 2024, the focus for 2025 is on targeted growth: the establishment of a new office in Munich and the expansion of in-house services, particularly in electrical engineering, planning, and construction supervision. Lorenz Consult also aims to further develop and strengthen its core competencies, in line with its philosophy of delivering technically demanding projects with the highest precision and quality.
