To implement the Caritas’ goal of uniting several areas at one location and enhancing internal communication as well as external visibility, the existing Paulinum was renovated and expanded with an additional building. During the planning and implementation, Lorenz Consult was responsible for project management and simultaneously supported Caritas in developing their organization.
