Project Description

Construction of an agricultural facility as a stabling facility for a maximum of 13 stabling horses:

• New construction of riding arena roofing with stalls
• Reconstruction of an outbuilding with seminar rooms, office, riders’ lounge, sanitary facilities and adjoining rooms and vacation apartment.

The outdoor facilities are designed as follows:

• Photovoltaic
• Rainwater storage for horse bathing pond
• Paddock trail (gravel path with fencing and electric stanchions)
• Paddock
